I finally got my hands on the full set of Paka accessories for the Pixel 10. And if you watch my videos, you know that I personally love this brand for two reasons. The quality and slim profile of their products which make them look elegant. And this is a perfect time to get your hands on any of these because the Black Friday is on till the 2nd of December. And you can get a discount anywhere from 20% up to 50% in some cases using my affiliate links in the description.
So in today's video, I will share my hands-on experience with each and everyone. So without further ado, let's jump in. Let's start with the most important one, which is the ultras slim case for the Pixel 10 Pro XL. And by the way, it's also available for the base Pixel 10 and 10 Pro. When you take a look at the box, it only weighs 19.8 g with 1 mm thickness and it supports Max Safe.
Being able to put Max Safe magnets in a 1 mm case is insane. When you look at the back, it's made of aromit fiber, which is one of the thinnest materials, yet very durable. I've been using this case with my 9 Pro XL for a whole year, and it didn't let me down once. When it comes to the quality, the looks, and feel in hand, it's perfect. So, let's take a look at the 10 Pro XL case and see what we've got. Let's open the box of the Ultras Slim case for the 10 Pro XL from Pitaka and see what we got. As usual, the packaging is very minimal. And let's take it outside the box like this. And look at how slim is the profile of this case. Yet, it's very durable. As you see here, it doesn't feel like a cheap plastic. But this aromat fiber material, I tried it for one year as I mentioned, and it works great. And the weight of the case is almost nothing. So, let's put it on the 10 Pro XL and see what we got. And let's listen to the clicking sound.
This clicking sound says a lot. The case fits perfectly in place. No wobble, no gaps, and it doesn't seem to go anywhere even if you dropped your phone. And when you take a look at the cutouts, they are perfectly aligned as expected from Pitaka. And here is how it looks from all sides. The first thing I noticed here is the ring around the camera is now in black color instead of the silver color I used to have with the 9 Pro XL case. Not only this, but the grip of the new version is also better. This one is smoother, so you get more grip with the 10 Pro XL case.
Plus, the screen protection is all the way across the case, not only around the corners like I used to have. It was only around the corners, but now it's all the way. So, you got two new improvements with this case, and I think it deserves 10 out of 10. The second one is the aromit fiber magnetic power bank, which I'm personally excited to try. It supports sheet 2. It's covered with aromit fiber to give you the same feeling as the case when you slap it on. It has a 5,000 milliamp battery and supports 15 watts fast while charging. So, let's open the box. Again, very minimal packaging.
And here we have some paperwork. Here's the power bank itself. It weighs 118 g and the thickness is 8.89 mm. At the top, we have nothing. Some text on the side and the power button. Here we have a USBC charging port and some text on the other side. This material is very soft and smooth while this one is aramid fiber same as the case. And we have some charging indicators. When you press the button we have four indicators and each one is 25%. And then you can see the max safe magnets over here. So let's give it a try and see how it works. Let's start by checking how strong is the magnet on the pitaka case. Now my phone is charging as you see here. And let me shake the phone. I'm actually holding the power bank, not the phone.
Let's shake it. As you see, it doesn't go anywhere. And the best part is because we have some aligning magnets. So it doesn't rotate easily. Even when I hold it from the bottom half, as you see, nothing is happening. Everything is still in place. And to take it off, you need to do some effort. The magnets are very strong. And this is really, really impressive. Now, let's talk about the charging specs of the power bank. Paka didn't share all the numbers, but they gave us some examples. First, you can fully charge the power bank in 2 hours using the USBC port. Plus, when you charge a phone like the 16 Pro Max wirelessly, you can charge it from 0 to 61% in 2 hours and 33 minutes. It also supports wired charging, so you can charge your phone using a wire.
And in this case, you are getting 20 watts of charging instead of the 15 watts of the wireless charging. And if you are planning to use this power bank with a Samsung phone, there are some important things to keep in mind. First, when you attach it to the phone, it doesn't perfectly align with the camera. I'm using the Paka case for the S25 Ultra as well. But thankfully, when I open the viewfinder, I don't see any interference in all lenses. Everything works great. The second thing to keep in mind, when you attach the power bank, the SPEN might not function properly. And lastly, it doesn't work with the ZFold 6 or 7. I also tried it with the 17 Pro Max, the 16 Pro Max, and all other Pixel models I have, and it works great. Perfectly aligned, no issues. So, only Samsung phones that have some exceptions. So, that's it with the power bank. Now, let's talk about the magnetic woven wallet.
So, let's open the box. So, here is how it looks from inside, some paperwork, and here is the wallet itself. It has some nice weight to it. It makes it feel premium. And here on the back, you have the Maxafe magnets. So, let's try it and put some cards in it and see the maximum number it can hold. As per Paka, it can hold up to two cards, but I got three just in case we can fit more.
Let's start with the first one. So, when you put the card, you can feel something holding it in place. So, when you push it all the way down, it's very hard to take it out from this side. As you see here, it doesn't slip. So, even though I have a gap here, but I'm still not able to take it out from this side. But, you have a gap here at the back side that will allow you to easily push it upwards. Let's try to put another card. And now the space start to be very tight. Still, it's very hard to take the cards out from this side. And I also found it very hard to take it from the back side. Even though I only have two cards, and I didn't push more. So, here's the third one. And as you see, it's almost impossible to take them off when you put three cards inside. Even using the gap on the back side doesn't help.
Material-wise, as per Pitaka, it has a soft leather-like finish and it feels really nice in hand. By the way, it weighs only 38 g when empty and the backside has the N52 magnets for strong connection. Plus, the backside is demagnetized to avoid any interference. And now, let's try it on the phone. The first thing you will notice here, it has the same exact color and pattern, which looks really nice. And the magnets are very very strong. So it doesn't feel that the wallet will slip while putting the phone in your pocket. Everything is secure in place. What I like about this wallet is the look, the materials, and how strong are the magnets. But what I don't like is the practicality. First, it can only hold two cards, which is a very low number. And I found it extremely hard to take the cards out of the wallet. Plus, it's not RFID protected, which means when you tap the cards on any machine, they work normally, and that could be a security concern if you have a debit or credit card. So, you better use it with anything else.
And the last product I have in this video is the magnetic car phone holder for air vent. And by the way, there is another mount for the cars that don't have air vents, like the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Here we have a 15 watts fast wireless charging, same as the power bank NFC shortcuts, which I'm going to show you in a minute, and 1.8 kilogram magnetic force. When you look at the back, you will see that we have three different NFC shortcuts that you can program the way you want. For example, you can make one of them to navigate to your home location all the time, one to open your favorite music app, and so on. And you will see a switch here that will allow you to switch between them. Here we have overheating protection even though it doesn't have a built-in fan but build it in a way to avoid any overheating.
Now let's open the box and see what we have inside. You need to open it from the bottom and then pull this piece. You will first see the paperwork and then the phone holder. Starting with the holder itself, it has the same pattern and texture as the phone case. We have the Pitaka and she branding. Then we have the NFC tags switcher and it's colorcoded which is a nice touch. And this is where you need to tap the phone to trigger the NFC tag currently in use. Here we have glossy material, some air vents on the top and the bottom and the ball head connector.
And then we have a very deep USBC port that requires the included USBC cable or you can use another one, but it has to be very slim to go that deep inside the holder. The second piece is the air vent mount. And here's how it works. You need to unscrew it to make the attachments longer and then move it in the opposite direction to tighten. And here you have a small lip to keep it straight. in addition to a couple of pieces for cable management. As usual, let's start by testing how strong are the magnets. So, as you see, you don't need to worry about any speed bumps while using this holder. The magnets are very, very, very strong. And I found it fairly easy to rotate the phone in landscape or portrait orientation in case you need to watch something while driving. Now, let me show you how the NFC shortcuts work. I used an app called NFC tools from Google Play Store to program the tags because Betaka doesn't have their own application for this.
And you can do the same on Samsung phones and iOS as well. And I programmed the first shortcut to open YouTube music. And here is how it works. And the second one takes me right away to my home location. And as you see, it works really well. Let me also show you the final setup in my car. The mechanism Paka using in the air vent mount made the whole setup extremely solid and reliable. I tried to detach and attach the phone multiple times and as you see everything stays in place. No issues, no wobble or anything like that.
I also found that the NFC shortcuts to be very convenient. I can immediately start the navigation to my home address with a simple tap which is a nice touch. I also took it for a spin to see how it works with the speed bumps and the setup was extremely solid. No wobble or issues as I mentioned before. So, it's definitely recommended. By this, I'm done with the review. And that was my honest opinion about Paka accessories. Now, it's the best time to get your hands on any of these products.
